Story
Myself, Emma, Mike and Amy (so far) have decided to take part in this years Dirty Dash in Memory of Kieran Matthew Wilkinson. A gorgeous little boy taken too soon.
The Dirty Dash is a 6k obstacle race designed by ex-British Special Forces combining 15 military style obstacles with challenging terrain to test agility, strength and endurance! It can be done as part of a team or on your own and is taking place in billericay on Sunday 17 August 2014.
We are still looking for team members so feel free to join us.
